Yes. There is a program sponsored by the St. Andrew's Society of Montreal and the Black Watch (RHR) of Canada Pipes and Drums that provides instruction to children up to 17 years old. There are no fees for this program except for a practice chanter and music supplies.

Yes. Instructors are available to teach 18 years and over on an individual basis, a fee is required for this instruction.
